Hallo. I’m a potter from Bangalore, India currently based in Dublin, Ireland. Along with being a production potter at Arran Street East, I make my own ceramics in porcelain. I take pleasure in simple forms and in inlaying their surfaces with playful illustrations and patterns. Most of my work is unglazed on the outside to expose the supple, sanded porcelain and detailed decorative marking to the touch of the hand. I often question why I make pots. I think the simplest and only answer is that it brings me buckets of joy, which I hope reflects in the work.
